Our socially-distanced bootcamps are based around variation of high intensity interval training (aka HIIT), plus conditioning your heart & muscles to burn body fat.
It is a circuit training style camp with different stations for timed sets that lasts for a total of 50 minutes.
We provide you with a complimentary face-mask if you choose to wear one.
Class is $25, but if you refer a friend and plan to come together it is $20 a piece.
All you need to bring to the sessions is a winning attitude, yoga mat, and water bottle!
